Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address and name when you sign up, and a profile photo if you provide one. Everything you create in the app — tasks, task completions, proof (photos, links, or notes), excuses, penalty votes — and the circle(s) you belong to.

Who sees it

Only the members of your own circle — never the public. Proof photos are stored in a private file bucket, not a public one; they're only reachable by people in your circle. Nudge emails share your name with the person you're nudging.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to run the app, and don't sell or share your data beyond what's needed for them to do that:

• Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage provider.
• Resend — delivers nudge emails on your behalf.
• Vercel — hosts the app and its server logs.

We don't run any analytics or advertising trackers.

Error logs

When something goes wrong in the app, we log technical details (what happened, and which account it happened to) to help us fix it. These logs are only visible to us, never to other members of your circle.

Deleting your data

Delete your account any time from Settings — it permanently removes your account and everything tied to it (tasks, proof, completion history, votes). You can also email us if you'd rather we do it for you.

Children

Gees Arise isn't intended for anyone under 13.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above.
